TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Emporiki Bank (128 bit ssl, verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Read carefully the three payment methods and select the most convenient for you: A) Pay the whole amount of your stay B) Pay 30% advance payment from the total amount and the rest will be paid on your arrival at the hotel. All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the Greek Law, you have the right for money refund from the total amount of your advance payment as follows: 100% refund if cancellation is made 21 days before your arrival, 50% refund if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival and no refund if cancellation is made 7 days before your arrival.
ACCOMMODATION TAX
In the above prices , the ACCOMMODATION TAX is NOT included and you will have to pay it EXTRA before your departure from the hotel
