You are now required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Alpha Bank (128 bit ssl, verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Please read carefully the two methods of payment and choose the most convenient. A) Pay the whole amount with a 7% discount which is non refundable
B) Pre pay 30% of the whole internet rate amount and settle the remaining account on your arrival at the hotel. All the above is also included analytically on the voucher at the end of this procedure.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
In order to cancel a confirmed booking you must use the CANCELLATION button on the first page. The hotel reservation department will review your request and will respond within 7 days regarding a refund of the amount deposited for your confirmed booking. According to the Greek Law you are entitled to: 100% return of the amount you paid if the booking is cancelled 21 days prior to arrival 50% refund if the cancellation of your booking is 14 days prior to arrival and no refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival or for a non show booking or for non refundable booking. |
