TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Emporiki Bank (128 bit ssl, verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Read carefully the two payment methods and select the most convenient for you: A) Non Refundable Rate: Pay the whole amount of your stay and win extra discount 5% B) Pay 20% of your total stay amount in advancet and the rest will be paid on your arrival at the hotel. All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the Greek Law you are entitled to: 100% return of the amount you paid if the booking is cancelled 21 days prior to arrival, 50% refund if the cancellation of your booking is less than 14 days prior to arrival and no refund if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a Non Refundable Rate, no refund is applicable for any cancelation. |
